Worst customer service experience at a Walmart in any Walmart I’ve ever been in in my entire life. Won’t be back to this location. also, I had about $400 worth of merchandise in my cart and I just left the whole thing. And left the store.

Don't buy online and pick up in store. Bought a brand new t.v only to discover it was actually the floor model TV for someone named Delores. Charged me full price with a floor model tag and lower price right on the box. My stupid self then turned around and bought a 100$ vacuum cleaner from the site but when I got it home it was used. Had hair all in it. The hose is bent and the customer service won't do a damn thing. Use a different store location or flat out go else where if you want NEW items

I love the pharmacy, the guys and the females they are always friendly. The store wise you can never find anyone to help you. Revises:
My husband picked up my prescription on one day so I went to refill my medicine and my containers and realized that I was short 60 pills call back up to the pharmacy and they said well their numbers or count were accurate but I'm looking like I have 60 pills missing so I went up there to the pharmacy and she said she had to look at the cameras and everything but she couldn't go look at the cameras to see what happened. She end up just giving me my 60 days because she couldn't leave because she was the only pharmacist. But my question is why wasn't the pharmacist recounting after these people that are supposed to be working with them? You're seeing your numbers are right but my prescription says no because I'm short 60 pills so you're telling me what's. the sense of having a pharmacist if they're not checking behind their people? And you're telling me that I'm a liar even though you replaced the 60 pills? And you're telling me your numbers are right but they're not because I was short 60 pills. So something is not adding up with this. And this is not the first time that this has happened to me where my medicine was miscounted but you're telling me it was. My doctor has called into the all to Walmart's pharmacy and the pharmacist lied to her. And then when she calls back because she had to call the other pharmacies to see what was going on the pharmacy at Walmart it's like. This is bad business. Half of the time. I don't even want to deal with Walmarts because they're getting worse and worse about customer service and doing things right. You can't mess with somebody's medicine that they need. And you're not checking after your people and checking your accounts.
