Misty or missy at the self checkout in her chair being rude telling people they need to bag their items elsewhere so she has a SELF CHECKOUT register available!???? And then checked every item in these folks bag and told them next time wait so I can see what you put in the bags? That being said she’s lucky it wasn’t me she said that to.

Casher let someone leave their register with a open order with a line. Waited over 7 min while the casher decided to make a personal call on his cell phone.

I hadn't been to this Walmart in a while. I was very pleased with the upgrade of the store. I actually ended up being in Walmart for 2 1/2 hours ??♀️. I caught so many deals, I couldn't help myself. I recommend shopping the entire store for sales if you have the time.

This is the worst customer service regarding home delivery one can only imagine. I tried several times (stupid me) to use this service. But each time the driver cannot locate my address. Odd I see other Walmart deliveries in my community. Today was the worst experience, ordered a few items to be delivered. Time frame communicated but as usual driver going the opposite direction. I probably live 2 miles from the local WALMART store. I attempted to call the driver but call would not connect. Advised later by a manager that many drivers do not speak English. Later I discovered my delivery items were placed in customer pickup. This not what I requested. There are several other stores in the area. So I will do my shopping there.

Need more cashiers who know what they are doing & associates who know where things are. Store is at least always clean. And at least with the mobile app I can find things. Update 1-27-24 minimal lanes open with cashier. Half of the self service lanes were also closed. Takes forever to get out of here.

Have contacted the customer service number twice waiting on a call be from upper management. Manager note that he tried to call on Sunday lies I don't have any blocks on my phone and also checked for missed calls. Walmart Morse rd please be advised I will continue to call the customer service number until I receive a call from the store manager or higher.
