Were briefly in town for a conference but had traveled for several days. The Hampton Inn in downtown had no guest laundry and so contacted Wash UR Clothes…used the drop off wash, dry , fold service. They were so helpful, friendly and prompt. Highly recommend them!

No frill, clean laundromat at a phenomenal price. Went to them for the first time tonight and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They have 2 extra large washers, a row of large washers and a ton of smaller ones. My clothes came out clean and there was no wait for the large machines. Had I chose to use the extra large ones, there was only a 10 minute wait. Be prepared to wait in your car as seating and folding tables are limited inside. You cannot beat their prices, especially if you go on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday when the dryers are free.

I was a guest in this country during my 10-day stay in Columbus Ohio. I would recommend anyone to do your lundary here.
Actual human beings run the place, they have a great personality and helped me out when I was in a pinch.
The hotel I was staying at didn't have lundary service on the weekends and I needed my shirts washed desperately. The only time I had to do my laundry was just before they were closing up. They heard my story and let me wash my clothes while they were closed. Didn't give me no attitude, in fact, they even let me use their detergent.
Thank you for helping me out, I greatly apprecieate it.
I would also like to say thank you for your service, even though I'm not from the US.

I started going here when I lived in the South Side after my washer broke. I live on the east side now and still make the trek back here whenever I need a laundromat. Reasonably priced compared to many laundromats I've used, friendly staff, free drier days Tuesday-Thursday, well-maintained and sizable units, and remote start (so you don't need to worry about bringing a bag of quarters if you don't want to). Only flaw is that I've never had a drier finish my clothes in 1 cycle, but it's not a big issue considering I only go on free days.They have a LOT of other services, but I've never used them so I can't really comment.

I have been coming here for as long as it's been open and I have to drive 20mins out my way but I don't mind because it's clean, the staff are nice and the prices are great! I love the staff and the atmosphere altogether is somewhere Me and my family feel good doing our laundry. We visit at least once a week! Keep up the great business!

After washing my laundry here I had to ride around Columbus and try to find another laundromat on a Sunday to dry my laundry because dryers weren't available because the staff using the dryers and not taking the laundry there doing out when it's done... Pretty ridiculous.. I use to love this laundry mat so much..

I used to like the place but now not so much. If you want to sit bring a chair. Last time I was here they had no chairs and when I asked for a chair being disabled with a bad hip and spine disease (they had some behind the counter) I was told no. I brought a chair the next time I came and it was a hassle. won't be coming anymore.

Needed to take care of my laundry on a business trip so I went there today, Place was nice clean, parking without any problems. Man behind the desk was helpful and kind. Owner was friendly and kind as well. I can only recommend this place.

Yikes. First, the “bill to bill exchanger” machine was out of order. The lady working there couldn’t break a $20 so I had to get $20 in quarters. Secondly, there are no chairs for us to sit down and wait. Really? Seriously? The only positive note about this location is dryers are free on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Lucky me I went there in a Tuesday ?
