Came here for appointment of screen replacement scheduled at 230. Entire building smelled of weed....and they informed me they couldn't get to my phone until almost 5pm. Trash. I told tmobile to cancel their contract with their insurance assurion with this facility.

I called for an estimate and 180 for an iPhone 10 new screen installation was fine.. he said I can wait on it if I had an appointment.. last place on 256 by burger king stole my phone.. the employees are behind thick glass and the phone came up missing..had to be an employer.

I ordered parts but the people were never there to fix my phone. I should've gotten my phone fixed for free and been paid a weekly salary for the hours of frustration I went through with them.
