Don’t even think twice about taking your dog here! The girls here do a phenomenal job, my wife and I have been taking our goldendoodle here for multiple grooms and they are all spot on and for a VERY fair price. Highly recommend!

I've taken my labradoodle here for two years and they do amazing. His cut looks perfect and he always smells so good. My moms dog recently passed but she had taken her Maltese here for ages and loved it to. They are great!

My name is Angela Jones and I brought I brought in my Miniature Poodle to Wendy's for the first time and I can say that my experience was a wonderful one. My boy was so clean and the cut and scissor cut was better than any place I have gone to as of yet. But I can say this is where is will be going from now on. 8-9-16

I am very unhappy with my experience at Wendy's. My dog had a very hard time at the shop; he has anxiety issues and got very sick every time they turned on the clippers. I was unaware of this anxiety and upset to hear he had an issue. I understand the anxiety issue, however my concern is with the way they handled it. I dropped my dog off at 9 a.m. on Saturday, we were the first ones there and when I left they had him in the tub. I was told he would be done by 2 p.m. at the latest. Around 1:45 (almost 5 hours later) I called to check on him. I was told they tried 3 different times to groom him and that every time it ended up with him having diarrhea. I don't understand why I wasn't called the first time they ran into an issue. If they knew he was having issues, why did they keep him caged for 5 hours? Now, its 4 days later, he still has the diarrhea, and that has caused him to chew his tail near his bottom and now has a raw spot to go with his diarrhea. I feel like these issues could have easily been handled with a simple phone call once the problem was noticed. Why was it 5 hours later, when I took the initiative to call them. Very unhappy with the lack of caring and professionalism shown.

Our dog, Dave, is a 13-year old Westie. As he's gotten older and developed some health issues including deteriorating eyesight, he has become very anxious at the groomer. Its so bad, we can no longer take him to our previous favorite - big box retailer with in-house grooming - because he freaks out. I tried Wendy's a month ago and and it was a great experience. Dave looks great and he had no anxiety issues. Their no-nonsense yet calming approach was perfect for our geriatric, beloved pet. Highly recommend!

Took my Goldendoodle to Wendy's for a grooming mid August. We recently moved to the area and needed a new groomer, as we have only taken our dog to one person, and after some research I decided to try Wendy's. On the phone and in person they were very pleasant and looked busy, and they gave me a lengthy consultation, so I felt pretty good about the situation.

I've been taking first our dogs ; now a very long haired cat! to Wendy for over 20+ years. She has always done such a great job with our pets and is very passionate about the pet's well-being and what is best for them. Never have a doubt about trusting her with your 4-legged family member!

I have a scottish terrier who is a bit anxious at the vet, for example. I was expecting him to be similarly nervous with Wendy. But in fact she was so gentle with him, and gave him such a fantastic cut, that I will never take him anyplace else. I'm completely perplexed by the negative reviews on this site. I've never had anything but a wholly positive experience.

DO NOT GO HERE. VERY RUDE AND DID NOT LISTEN TO WHAT WE ASKED. HAVE NEVER BEEN TALKED DOWN TO SO BAD OR SO RUDELY. I NEVER COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING BUT THIS GOT MY BLOOD BOILING. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. I WOULDN'T EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE.
