Thank you Wendy's staff for making our girls day even better! Ordered ghost pepper chicken sandwiches large also a delicious Creamsicle frosty, staff was friendly, and fast paced working. Keep up the great work guys!

My daughter and I visited this location on 4-4-2024, and have never been as disappointed as we were by Wendy's. Any other time we have come to this location, we have always been welcomed and treated with courtesy. If we had to wait 7 minutes or more, we would ask for a small courtesy drink to make us feel valued as a customer, and also so that we are not sitting there being ignored. Most FAST FOOD places partake in this practice. We waited 4 minutes at the drive through speaker before anyone acknowledged us. Then we waited an additional 5 minutes before they asked for our order, with no apology for the wait. We watched 3 cars behind us get tired of waiting and just pull off without ordering. They didn't mute the speaker so we listened to them talk about the lady in the car in front of us, that said her order was wrong. We then pulled up to the first window to pay, and had no wait time at all, but once we pulled up to the second window, and again, 4 minutes before being acknowledged. Then I asked for a small courtesy drink, because of the wait, and at this point, we had already been there 14 minutes for a nearly $30 order. I then waited an additional 4 minutes when someone else rudely opened the window, and said "what are you waiting for"? I repeated that I asked the previous young lady for a courtesy drink, and she asked me to wait a moment. The lady then came back with a cup of water, and no straw or ice. I asked for a small tea instead and she said... "It's water or nothing". So... 20 minutes, $29.00 spent, and I left feeling like my time was wasted, my hard earned money wasn't appreciated, and my business with the company was not valued, and I didn't matter at all.

Poor customer service at the drive thur. Pulled up to the window to get food and she just hands out two bags and gave as a bad look. I looked in the bars and no ketchup I waited on her to come back over the window and ask for some and that really maid here mad. I understand that sometimes the are short staffed or just having a bad day but being rude should not be acceptable.

The person at the window tonight couldn’t have been more rude when I asked for new chicken nuggets. I understand this industry can struggle at times and therefore I have very little expectations when getting fast food. But to be cussed out and this person using the F word was just uncalled for. I literally couldn’t have been nicer and this person acted as if I ruined their day.You can let that person know that I hope their life gets better but they clearly aren’t happy. Also, Fire your tattoo artist because your tattoos looked awful!

Today I don’t know what was going on I was not satisfied with my food I ask for cheese on my chicken sandwich I got onions instead smh… I also was missing the fries to my meal even after I received them they were not good at all…

Horrible experience. Placed order using their mobile app to save time. When I arrived the dining room was closed, they only had only one drive thru lane open and the line was wrapped around the building. There was no way to check in on the app to have them bring the order out. It will be a long time before I visit this location again. So slow... 20 minutes to go through the drive thru

Stop to get a snack for my kids food was cold, girl at window dropped my card under my car and i got large sweet tea they ran out of sweet tea and did not tell us just gave us small unsweet tea. Very disappointed for this location.
