Since I can't get the regional manager to contact me back, here you go, this location is VERY unsafe for children and unprofessional. I've witnessed and experienced nonsense at this location. I've seen other kids almost getting sent home with different families, I've had to walk my child and a child who isn't mine to the bus stop that takes kids from daycare to school. This location is so short staffed the kids have to watch the other kids while a worker walks the bus riders across the parking lot to the busses. I've seen kids step out the front door without the workers being there. Dealing with the director and her supervisor has been terrible as they are clearly close to eachother and nothing was taken care of when I did complain. Very unorganized and unclean mostly when I'm in there. My son goes to a different location and MAN WHAT A DIFFERENCE.Everytime I try to contact the head guy, I get directed to a woman who is clearly trying to keep all this on a hush hush. Now it's public.I removed my daughter from this location with her only attending about 3 months.

Even though the director and one of the main staff there are very helpful and nice, I had issues overall with the center. It's a small center and yet there are kids openly cussing and giving inappropriate gestures a lot. I had one child make inappropriate sexual sounds that was sent to me through my daughter's phone. I know the staff can't always control this but I do think the lack of structure in the set up allows for this. I rarely if ever re lived a report on how my daughter was doing or the activities she engaged.

Tasherra the director is extremely welcoming and reassuring. My child has been going to kinder care for a few months and they love being there. The teachers are great and update the parents about every meal and activity they have done throughout the day. As soon as the kiddos walk in the facility they wash their hands. The staff always greets you with a smile.

I have two toddler boys, who love going to daycare. Classrooms are clean, teachers are friendly and very passionate about their kiddos! My boys daycare teacher keeps me updated with daily pictures of everyday activities on the KinderCare app that comes in handy! You can tell the Director Tasherra runs a very organized and welcoming center. Establishes great relationships with parents, and kids!

My kids have been attending Kindercare WEST for about a year now. One of my children has a “physical disability” & they have assisted me with providing the best care for him as well as my other 2 kids. I have never had any problems with any staff members all of them are very respectful & responsible while my children have been in their care & my children enjoy going everyday.

KinderCare has proven to be an amazing place for our four year old. He is learning and growing everyday and it’s awesome to have a daycare that gives you such peace of mind while you are working. I love the updates and pictures we receive each day KinderCare definitely makes you feel like your child is completely safe and taken care of while you can’t be with them so grateful for this place!

My baby went here and absolutely loved his teachers. I was so worried about putting my baby in daycare but they eased all of my worries in no time. My baby always had a smile on his when I dropped him off and when he got picked up. They genuinely care about your kids and it’s not just because they get paid to do it. If I wasn’t leaving the area he’d still be going here ?

Both of my children started Kindercare daycare at the age of 3 years old. They are still there at the age of 8 and 10 years old. I can go to work knowing that my children are taken care of.
