I placed a mobile order at 10am and the store had it doors locked I had too call to be answered as my presence at the door was dismissed the cold weather does not help either .

Waited in line for. 20 minutes just for someone to come out and say we are now closed and we are out of burgers. Never in my 37 years have I ever heard that from White Castle.

Went to the White Castle on Dublin Granville Rd(161) near Karl Rd at 3:30 today September 11th, 2024. It’s 90 degrees outside and I get my large Dr Pepper and Diet Coke with no ice and the lady at the drive thru never said a word. If I had known that I wasn’t going to get no ice I wouldn’t have got any drinks especially since it was warm pop. I didn’t get all the sandwiches I ordered and the sliders didn’t taste good either, what a disappointment. The onion chips didn’t even have an onion flavor. I will never go there again. Very sad since that’s the closest White Castle to me.

I've been coming to Greenlawn at S High st location for over 30 years and I recently retired in 2023. I went today and saw Teresa whom made my meals along with her Supv Sylvia whom is now deceased. The joy I have seeing her was so refreshing because everyone I worked with is now deceased also. I previously met Jason the new Supv and his assistant Toni. Each time I went to this store they always served customers right. Even the unruly ones. Teresa is a true legend and still the same person unchanged. I can see where the other 2 got their training from. I only have 1 complaint and that is to have a .25 cent for plain sliders and .50 cent for fish day once a year to replicate close to the 5 and 10 cent burgers I grew up with. You will be greatly rewarded by everyone purchasing memories of youth. Thanks, White Castle and thank you Teresa, Jason, Toni for the class and memories. God bless.

I ordered from White Castle mobile app from colerain Ave Cincinnati Ohio store. I went to pick up already paid for through the app and they tell me their system is down and would not give me the food I paid for. They stole 33 dollars from me!!!

Very poor this is my second visit in the last three months I said I was never going to visit again but I decided to try again at four am I just knew the food would be fresh but I got disappointed once again the burgers had brown crust around edges as if they'd been setting for hours smh I will Never visit the Elizabethtown location again it's really sad when you spend your hard earned money expecting to get a fresh product and get nothing even close to receiving such I love white castle been enjoying them my whole life but my past experiences let me know to just move on I don't need anything replaced don't need a refund I just suggest that you do right by your customers

Went to Harlem& Ogden ...location in Berwyn,Il.#010019.Service was slow...at lunch time & 1 other person in store! No hello..No good bye...No come again ....No thank you...NOTHING ! Out side posts in drive thru full of stickers...some torn ..old ..needs to be repainted!Seems like NO manager to run this place! This is ALL THE TIME! You need a manager or supervisor if you plan on staying in business!

My knee was sore and I couldnt stand long enough to make lunch for us so I came here. Holt road location. I had ZERO faith in fast food at thos point, BUT You ALL restored that for me.. This is Only fast food restaurant will ever eat at again!! I appreciate every one of you!

Florence, Ky. Highway 42 location. Was refused to give me the food I ordered and then refused to refund me! When I asked the girl’s name/mgr. she cursed me and closed the window. I had to call the police to have them have the manger refund me & get a receipt. Rudest and worst customer ever!!.

Lee at the restaurant Detroit store number 040019 was soooo unprofessional. His tone, cadence is very rude and his deameanor is threatening. My niece age 8 asked why he was so angry. This person definitely could benefit from customer service training and some disciplinary action. This was my first experience at this restaurant and it will probably be my last.

My husband and I decided to stop at White Castle today for lunch. Its been. awhile since we were there. we were soooo disappointedsomething was so different in the taste, no flavor whatsoever and and they always warm the bun, that makes them extra good. Bun was right out of the bag. What has happened, these were so special.Got an apology but that was all. this location is a Rome Hilliard Road. We didn't see a manager.

We stop at White Castle drive through almost every morning on E. 5th and 71 for breakfast, we have to be at work at 6am. When we get to the drive through around 6:50 am the person says "we are doing a shift change and I'm not sure how long it will be". If there is a shift change why can't someone still take orders? This is the only fast food place that we go through at this time of morning that does this. Please change this rule. 2 stars for the inconvenience. The food is always on point.
