I have had multiple positive experiences at this location. I especially appreciate the manager, Angela, who went out of her way to help me. She was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The store has a great selection and helpful staff who works tirelessly to restock all of the dresses that are constantly being tried on. I will keep returning here.

Great dresses but terrible staff. The girl told me she would bring me back a jacket and I sat in the waiting room for 20 mins until I finally gave up, and then she refused to let me pay for the dress I wanted before hanging all of the other items I tried on and putting them away.

I found a perfect dress for a college formal and Aya was so nice when checking out! Staff was so helpful with their opinions and what to pair the dress with. Will definitely be back for other clothes/events!

I’ve gotten a couple of formal dresses here and they have been pretty good in quality!
I believe Windsor is a good option for relatively cheaper formal dresses!

Lauren and her team were amazing they helped me find my perfect sweet sixteen dress! If it weren’t for her window display I wouldn’t have known what kind of dress I wanted and where it was. Highly highly recommend

Don't waste your time going anywhere else, this is the goto shop if your daughter or spouse needs a dress 👗 for any special occasion 😉. This was for the winter ❄️ dance, we'll see you again, thank you so much!!

I absolutely love this store! Every year I come here once or twice for concert outfits and they always have such stunning and majestic pieces for me to wear. The customer service in my experience is ALWAYS great. The workers often compliment the outfits I put together and encourage me. Thank you!!
Also, Lauren helped me put together the most amazing outfit!

The manager Kiante is very rude. She was talking poorly about customers to another employee saying they wished everyone would get out and how irritated she was. It’s not the customers fault they can’t keep up. Maybe hire more people. Never felt so uncomfortable shopping here as I did today! I won’t be returning sadly.

Lots of choices here. It's crowded when busy but they seem to have a method to the madness when that occurs. Reasonable prices on most items. If you have a teen girl or you need a fancy dress, or even cute everyday outfit this is an option to look!

We decided to get a head start on our homecoming shopping. We decided to go here and we were thrilled. Miss Kiante ran that whole store by herself after her co-worker walked out. Whole store- changing rooms, helping customers find their perfect dress, and manning the checkout station...BY HERSELF!!!!! This sweet lady deserves some applause and a raise. She handled it all with grace. While the checkout line seemed a bit crazy, we will 100% come back, and not just for dresses but this amazing lady!!!!

I was here helping my sister find a first prom dress hoping for a great experience we ran into the women hanging the dresses that were tried on but not wanted. She was screaming to the line in English and Spanish that “everyone needed to take the clothes they tried on out or she will find you a MAKE YOU PUT THEM BACK”. Mind you I work in consumer service as well and I understand frustration but this was ridiculous I will NEVER be back in this store again!

I was just standing there to return items and the three workers acted so arrogant for 5 minutes straight. One was on her phone, the other looked like she is too good to help me, and only one finally decided to help. I was thinking these people really need a reality check. I get that you are making minumun wage but atleast do your job. No one is paying you to stand there and degrade customers for no reason. I felt like I entered a highschool mean girls play but they had nothing to show off.
