The doctors and staff and Worthington Woods are absolutely amazing. We've boarded our dog with them for the past few years and they're so kind and attentive to our pet's unique needs. We recently boarded him there after an unexpected emergency vet visit, and they treated him like he was their own while we were away, updating us regularly, and making sure he was comfortable until we returned home.

We had an awful experience here. First of all, we took our son's cat to get updated on her vaccines, they vaccinated her with vaccines she had already had. We gave the papers over to the vet tech to show the doc what she had had done at the place we adopted her from, they claimed they couldn't find any on the pages given and continued with the vaccines. Then, when we came back 3 weeks later to get her rabies shot they didn't do it, and on top of it charged another fee for the doctor, which we had to fight over the phone to get paid back. If you take your pets here be prepared to check charges, or better yet ask what you are being charged for and what the charges are before proceeding with the care. We have never had a bad experience at a vet and this place was awful with customer service and communication all around. A family owned business, that is not a great place to work with at all. The response below from the "owner" further proves my case. They don't even know whether our cat was a male or female, she is in fact a female, and the reply was just a good case of further poor communication. We know the protocol for series of shots, as we told the person we spoke to, we have 4 cats ourselves. But as you stated she was supposed to be getting a series, your doctor the first time said she could not find any vaccines, to which I replied and gave the papers that she had in fact had some given at CHA the place we got the cat. They redid the feline leukemia series, she got all of them at CHA. And when we came in for the second visit we were told she would be getting the rabies vaccine, she was 16 weeks ( 4 months) at that visit. Be sure to listen to your other clients in the future, that is what you are indeed lacking on, as is even more obvious in my post here. Thanks.

I recently moved to Worthington, leaving an excellent vet behind.Soon after arriving, my dog developed a problem shje had never had before I could not be more pleased with the care I've gotten at Worthington Woods. The staff is great, and Dr. Holly is wonderful! She is professional, caring, and willing to spend the necessary time to make sure everything is fully explained. I will also be trying out the boarding services at Worthington Woods very soon.

Dr. Holly is the absolute best vet in my 40 yrs of being in the dog world. Her staff is caring, active, and love every dog I've ever brought to them. I followed Dr. Holly from Plain City, we moved out of Columbus, and now I drive over an hour to Worthington just for Dr. Holly and the staff. I trust them with my girls like no other vet!

Our 17 year old (forever kitten) Max was in a lot of pain a few weekends ago. After being in the OSU urgent care all weekend I called Worthington Woods Animal Care first thing Monday morning. They were able to squeeze us in as a new patient. Then Dr. Yerke called less than 10mins later worried because of Max’s age and wanting to get him in ASAP. They helped us find that he had Pancreatitis and early signs of Kidney Disease and helped us find the right treatment route due to his age. Max started to recover and started to slip again. They hospitalized him and helped him regain his strength. Now he is basically backed to normal and still our forever kitten.Max has always hated the vet.. scared and moaning the entire time.. but he acts very different with the WWAC staff. They are all so sweet and caring especially Dr. Yerke! She called often to check on Max when we tried at home care. Also called to update us daily when he was hospitalized. We are beyond grateful for Dr. Yerke and the team at WWAC! We were so worried we were losing our little fur baby, but they educated us on our options to help our little one get back to healthy status at a much more affordable rate than some other corporate vet offices.Thank you so much! ❤️

We’ve been taking our 1.5yr old golden doodle to WWAC since she was a puppy and they’ve been nothing but amazing to work with ever since! Our pup gets into everything so has been frequently and they can always get us in immediately and always follow up. They’re awesome!

We have a “spicy” senior kitty at the vet, and Worthington Woods has found what helps him feel more comfortable without using force. They have supported and cared for our senior kitty throughout his cancer diagnosis and leg amputation. He is now 2 years cancer free! Our pup is also fearful at the vet and Worthington Woods has worked with us tremendously to help him learn the vet isn’t so scary. And again, without force. All of the doctors, techs, and staff here truly care and work tirelessly to do what’s best for your fur baby. We are forever grateful to have found this wonderful place!

This clinic has been so wonderful! Everyone who works here has been so kind and helpful and they even called a few days after my last visit to see how my dog was doing on her new medication. Definitely recommend to new pet owners!

Review from Pete: I love how much they fawn over me while I’m here. They treat me like I’m at home. Not sure I like that they seem to want my blood. What are they doing with it all? Bet I’m being cloned. I mean I am that pawsome! Dad says it’s just to keep me healthy but I don’t know. They are my favorite vet office ever!

Love this office and the way my dog is cared for each time we have to come in. The staff gets right on the floor with our dog and makes him feel safe. Highly recommended.

My cat Sweet Potato has been the the vet a handful of times this past year unfortunately, the first couple times with asthma and then a UTI. This place has ALWAYS been able to see her that same day of her problem. They are attentive and kind, and each time they’ve successfully treated her ailments. I love having a reliable vet like them!

I had an emergency situation. Went to my recent clinic, but there was no one there besides person at the front desk. He told me to make appointment!!! (This clinic is in same area 1.5m away not going mention name but you can google it). I was so mad. With "uncle google" help found new place and called them. It was Worthington Woods. There were able to see my dog hour later and scheduled surgery for the next morning. In less then 24h after I called, he was already back home recovering. They did understand I am on a budget and explained all possibilities.Their assistants are really knowledgeable. Way more knowledgeable then my previous vets. Making long story short their assistant (20+ years old girl) noticed my dog still has baby teeth when my previous certified vets were saying his teeth are in a perfect condition.Thank you, Worthington Woods, for taking great care of Smokey!
