I'm angry befuddled and very embarrassed. I just got back in the rain from my regular Kroger's store. When I got courtesy pay for my account I made them assure me I would not be embarrassed at the counter. I had to use a second courtesy pay because I have needs at home. My disability is pending to go in. It didn't authorize my payment though I'm supposed to be able to use it up to about 3 times I called while in line and she couldn't over ride it for me though she was able to take the 9 dollars off. I do not feel like a valued customer for sure and courtesy pay didn't come through for me. I shop at this Kroger's all the time. I'm embarrassed to show my face in there. Thanks wright patt for not being there when I was in need. I also want to add now I'm hoping you guys honor your compound interest like you say for savings because I'm in doubt of your services

Wright Patt has been my go to for almost 4 years and the employees are always nice and helpful BUT i’m really considering switching banks as a whole because of their credit card section on the app. The statements aren’t true and I can’t even tell what has been paid or not because it takes you to some other link off the app??? I wish they’d go back to how it was before where I could easily make payments and see what i’ve paid off.

I prefer this branch out of all the Wright-Patt branches in Columbus and surrounding areas. My 3 year old son and I go into the branch once a month for cashier checks. So it’s very much apart of our routine. Every time we come in my son and I greet whoever is sitting at the front desk and my child grabs a sucker. On this particular day an employee, don’t know her name never seen her, she’s a blonde, petite, Caucasian woman addressed my child in a manner I did not like. It’s inappropriate to address a child, especially when their parent is standing right there, address the parent. She said to my son as he grabbed a sucker “are you going to say may I have a sucker” as if candy is not there for everyone to just have. My innocent child looked up at her, handed her one and went about his day. Then as we’re walking away she states again “manners”, insinuating I don’t parent my child to recognize situation appropriateness to ask for things. She would have never asked that of an adult. I didn’t like it and I did speak with the manger, Tamara and she stated she would address it.

One of my biggest complaints is the inability to contact the branch, be it email or phone. You only get a 1-800 number. No Branch phone number. I contacted them through chat requesting the email of the branch manager because I had an issue that required someone of management authority. They refused to give it to me.
I am considering moving my accounts elsewhere!

I have been with Wright Patt for two years. Every time I get a call from them I get treated like a child who stole something and every customer service rep talks to you like a loan shark. This happens every. time. What kind of training are your representatives getting that they all treat their customers this way?

I am not the type of person that complaints first and foremost. But so far I've been a member for about 10 years, and I don't really go into the branch that often. But when I do, I learn what services I need so things can move pretty quick. Today I go into the branch, and ask for a certified check. Now I know that I can go to the ATM, but I can also go to the front desk as well. I go to the front desk and let the representative know exactly what I need, she shugs it off and tells me to go to the ATM. She does seem new to me so I advise that I would like to do it here at the front desk and not at the ATM, but for some reason I am completely ignored and reminded again to go to the ATM. I don't think there's anything wrong with human interaction, even though the ATMs have video play. But it's very irritating when you want to work with a human and they can do a very simple task that does not require actual cash and dismiss like some trash.

Horrible service, no respect for people. I never got a call back from manager Carl at this location about my experience. Definitely impacted my decision to bank with This credit union. The worst by far.

The Graceland Blvd location is awful, their store manager is rude and the staff will do nothing to help you, don’t waste your time there; go to Gahanna location, we drove here twice 45 minutes from our home and ended up in another branch. They look for any excuse to turn you away or pass the buck, will never return. Also, closed our account today due to the treatment we have been receiving from this location.

Emily was so sweet, knowledgeable, and understanding. Went there to obtain financing for a used car purchase. Total transparency. Terrific rates and banking policies/fees. We opened a checking and savings account and qualified for a $50 promo. And got a car loan at a very competitive rate.

I spoke to chris, she was one of the nicest people I have ever spoken to. This was my first time doing something like this, she was so helpful, and patient with me, and answered all of my questions. 10/10 customer service.
