“I was nervous at first because as I was pulling in I got a call saying they didnt rent trucks and trailers together. BUT they allowed it, got me setup, was very nice to me. I just returned the truck and had issues getting the trailer to disconnect from the ball... not a hesitation in the world they immediately jumped in had to do some work but got it taken care of and treated me like a friend. They took care of me above and beyond and even though its further away id do business with this location over any other a million times over. Thank you for making my stressful move better.”

Easy pick up and drop off, I didn't have my phone, so I had to wait on my ride to get me and use their phone. One thing that I would recommend is that you get Wi-Fi for customers. I was out of data one time and it couldn't get my truck and had to go through hoops to get it
But other than that, U haul is the best around. My girlfriend and her mom rented the truck Crystal Potter and Diana Waugh.”

“I used to drive for them. Awesome company. People are kind and easy to work with. They don't micromanage. As long as you pick up and deliver on time they leave you alone. Safety oriented. Dispatch kept calling me during a snow storm to let me know it's ok to shut down and to make sure I was ok. I was on their Target account. Good money. I'd go back if i wasn't home off the road. We rented a 9 foot van to take to a music festival and when we returned, I needed to put a little gas in it. Danny was already out by me writing the mileage, checking out the vehicle and direct me where to park it as I needed to unload just a few more items. I will always use this location.
