Zipline doesn’t pay. They don’t answer phones. I needed a lumper fee they answered
the phone and hung it right up. It’s like they
wanted me to pay the lumper fee. I would never run a load for them again. No detention
was paid neither. I was cons for 6 hours they
don’t answer phones. I’m taking them to court
for a load. I wasn’t paid for they are the worst.
Drivers be aware don’t waste your time you
will lose time and money with Zipline Logistics..

I arrived at the receiver on time, as scheduled. There were no delays or issues caused by me or my equipment. However, the broker(Andrew Esquivel) deducted $250 from my settlement without providing any valid reason or proof that the fault was mine.
This kind of practice is unethical and violates fair freight payment standards.

They never paid even after multiple phone calls and emails they still act like I’m the one who is annoying because I keep calling them. I sent invoices to few different addresses and never received my check. I delivered 2 loads on 05/24/2024 and still waiting for the check

All I can say is that the unprofessional service agent Kyler Popp -Ridiculos service, don't waste the time with them anymore !
booked the load at 8:30am, telling me I had until 12pm to pick up. Less than 2 hours later he cancels the load because the driver is not moving - only 7 miles from pick up. I had already paid with EFS for the lumper service and the driver was going to pick up his BOL. I think this guy believes in superpowers. He definitely knows how long it takes to unload, pay for the lumper service, and pick up the POD.

This company treats carriers very poorly. They found a loophole to make more money on their shipments at the expense of the carrier. Companies like this are the reason brokers get such a bad rap.
Looks like I’m the third carrier this week to have a problem with Kyler Popp. This employee is really hurting your google rating. May want to revisit your policies.

after booking the load , they cancel him next day, saying that the customer refused and at same time they are looking for a cheaper truckand ignor you !

Wondering experience working with them
