I have been taking classes with Erika for over a decade now and I have never experienced a more welcoming environment. All the teachers here are amazing and the community is truly refreshing. ? whether you’ve been practicing for years or your brand new to yoga, lake yoga has a space for you.

I was referred here for the Monday and Wednesday 12:15 class. It’s a little drive for me, but so worth it. Loved the place as soon as I walked in. Everyone is friendly and the teachers are outstanding. You immediately feel welcomed and comfortable. I’m hooked!

Lake Yoga offers more than 40 yoga classes per week for all levels of participants. A full-service facility with a shower, retail and large practice space, our heated yoga studio features state-of-the-art infrared heat, which aids in detoxification, relaxation, skin purification and circulation.
We are conveniently located right off 90 East and 44 next to Starbucks with plenty of parking.
