Best massage I’ve ever had! The deep tissue combined with stretching brings benefits of chiropractor/physical therapy and medical massages. I also like that she spends the full time working on you, so no time is wasted changing or anything (just arrive in clean, loose clothing)

If you are looking for a true deep medical massage using proper technique’s look no further. Jessica is outstanding and one of very few that know how in this area. I highly recommend her for plantar fasciitis and related injury healing as well as true full body massages. Thank you for helping me heal!

Jessica graduated from the CLE Institute of Medical Massage in 2006. With over a th hours of massage training, including certification in a specialized treatment called Muscle Release Therapy for Repetitive Use Injuries, she also specializes in trigger point therapy, acupressure relief points, deep tissue therapy, & headache/sinus relief. Clients appreciate her firm & strong yet intuitive touch & her specific knowledge of anatomy. Additionally, Jessica has trained extensively in Thai Yoga massage, Reiki, Eden Energy Medicine, and as a Certified Health Coach to further her ability to offer healing on every level. She enjoys a small private practice, offering not only body & energy work, but also an assortment of classes.
