Hours: Jessica graduated from the CLE Institute of Medical Massage in 2006. With over a th hours of massage training, including certification in a specialized treatment called Muscle Release Therapy for Repetitive Use Injuries, she also specializes in trigger point therapy, acupressure relief points, deep tissue therapy, & headache/sinus relief. Clients appreciate her firm & strong yet intuitive touch & her specific knowledge of anatomy. Additionally, Jessica has trained extensively in Thai Yoga massage, Reiki, Eden Energy Medicine, and as a Certified Health Coach to further her ability to offer healing on every level. She enjoys a small private practice, offering not only body & energy work, but also an assortment of classes.
