The ATM here is the only 1 that I know of in town that does not charge a fee to withdraw money from my PayPal card.

I have no problem with the Conneaut location. My problem is the terrible online banking that I'm sure is a corporate thing. I have to call and set up a new password and it will work for a month or two then all the sudden it will say there is a problem with my login and try again and when I do it locks me out and I have to call and jump through hoops again to get a new password that only last a few log ins and go through it all again. I'm seriously thinking about closing everything and moving my business to a different bank, which I hate to do.because like I said I don't have a problem with the local branch in Conneaut

Stay away! Nothing but issues with this bank. Delayed deposits, the mobile app constantly has issues. I was hacked and took them 2 months to resolve the issue and get my money back due to them not doing there part. Just way behind the industry in technology. They Evan gave me a hard time trying to add my wife to my account and she still isn't because of the hassle! Stay away let a bad company close down!

Switched to Andover Bank years ago from First Merit (now Huntington). Friendly service, no fees, local.

Pulled away from the atm and forgot to withdraw my card. Since I am a customer of the bank, I would think that I would get a call telling me that they have my card. Instead, I spent a week thinking that I must have dropped it and tearing my car apart looking for it. Finally someone let my daughter, an employee of another branch, know that they had it. 😟

This place is terrible. Unless you have a lot of money in you’re account these people look at you as garbage. They gave me the wrong info on my account. And whenever I go in there I feel like I’m not welcome. Everyone in there is rude at all times

Every time I go in there really nice to me you have questions they have the answers for you they do a good job on helping when u need it. There one of the best bank's I've worked with that I go to there not rude at all the people there are nice.
