The store manger accused me of trying to steal something I left my card at my shop and ran down to get some cash. Now I never touch pick up anything in shop cause I realized I forgot my card at my shop. So I left to go get cash while I walk out the door heard manager tell employee he was going steal something. In good rating with company but not everyone steals even being a former star employee of company where it was higher theft rate than this woman would ever see. I hope this woman is fired cause that's why this store is failing at number cause this manager on power trip someone who got power of a store and shouldn't have.

WORST STORE MANAGER EVER!!!My experiences over the past few months have been HORRIBLE because of the rudeness and argumentativeness of store manager.DO NOT ENTER STORE YOU WILL NOT HAVE A GOOD TIME!!She has gone as far as to “ ban” me from the store for making a simple comment “have a nice day”.We have been going into that store for 10+ years and I have never had a bad experience until she started working there.

I was in the toy isle with my 3 year old son who had put 2 toys on the ground while looking for the one he wanted. Before I had the chance to instruct my son to put the ones back that we weren't getting, the employee began to psychotically scream at me for not cleaning up. I was still standing next to the toys. Not a single other item in the store was out of place. She was completely out of line. I am extremely conscientious about cleaning up after my children and myself and not making anyone's job any harder since I have worked in the service industry. Her behavior was extreme, unprofessional and disrespectful.

Been going here for 2 decades but recent it's gone down hill. This head manager needs looked into for their unprofessional behavior. Berating a delivery driver and her workers. bev was one of my favorite employees she was also my lunch aid growing up in buckeye local schools. i was saddened when she quit. come to find out the head manager "T" made her feel unsafe so she left.

Quick & easy. But a Visa gift card there and when I got to the register one of the ladies was newer and did not know how to do it. Which is okay. The part that I liked is she went to get a person who could do it and it was very fast didn't make me wait at all. They seem to know where everything is and they don't hound you if you're looking around. If you do ask them a question they were friendly. The lady that's the manager there really knows the stuff and I could tell she knows what she's doing and she runs it very well.

Was just in conneaut family dollar .save alot plaza.wanted to refill chime card.due this monthly at this store.cashier wasn't sure how to do it .she asked night manager who was sitting down playing with her phone.her answer for the cashier was that she never seen a chime card.meanwhile girl trying to help me.she ask manager again how to do it.manager never moves or answer her.we figure it out an I thank the cashier for all the help.as I walk out I tell the manager iam sorry for all the trouble it took to figure it out. She jumps up a tells the cashier that iam not a loud to shop there any more.dosent tell me but yelling it at the poor cashier

This store has gone through some good changes in the past twelve months and is starting to look better inside for shopping. But the outside of the store looks terrible, messy and dirty.
