I would have given this five stars but there have been a couple problems with driving up there for old parts they pulled from inventory that were damaged but otherwise they are very competitive with pricing and have an awesome staff.

Bought a new vehicle and the battery wasn't under the hood like I'm used to, and these guys were fantastic with assisting me with showing me where in the backseat area of the SUV it's located and even showing me how to properly remove it for future reference. Thanks guys!

I was having issues with my tunk opening. I have an suv for a reason I have kids I put a lot of things in my trunk. So when I realized I couldn't get it figured out myself I called up to my mechanic who wanted $100 to tell me even how to get it to temporarily work. I thought oh ill call oriellys, after sitting in my trunk on a 79° day for about 25 minutes trying to figure it out on my own again. The guy who answered was named Steve. Steve was very helpful for what he could do over the phone. He looked at video's to try and assist me, but in the end I just had to drive over to have them take a look at it. Steve came out to great me and was in my car for about a minute and a half and had the trunk open. He then showed me how to do it, and then just hopped out shook my hand and went inside. As a father who couldn't afford to pay what the mechanic wanted and by the way that was by the hour!! I greatly appreciate the kindness and effort that this employee put into helping me out!!!!
This man deserves a raise.
