From out of town and needed tires mounted balanced. I paid what I considered a lot of money to have this done.
Could not get to highway speed and concerned for our safety.
Tires were not indexed, balance was off by onces.
I had to pay elsewhere down the road just to finish my trip.
Never ever will I use this establishment again.

We were in a pickle yesterday keep in mind as the holiday season and needed a tire mounted badly and I could not have been happier. The gentleman John, I believe the owner and his son were so kind and everybody in the place was absolutely bend over backwards kind, and they immediately fixed it with not even an appointment and it was very reasonable. You save the day and keep doing what you’re doing and those trains to be quiet and stop honking when they go by! Ha ha. Thank you again.

My 76 year old mom had a tire that kept going flat on her trip home. The gentleman there fixed her tire quickly and got her on way! Thank you for taking good care of her & being affordable!

Although Tire Xpress didn’t have the tire we needed, their service was exceptional. They went above and beyond by providing us with contacts and calling multiple tire stores on our behalf. They were even willing to stay past their closing time to assist us. Kudos to their goodwill and helpful nature. Highly recommended for their outstanding customer service!
