Almost always a problem here buying what are most definitely eligible items while using my United Health Care Card. Then cashiers and mgmt. don’t know what to do. They also seem to be out of products alot.

A relative of mine was shopping in the store yesterday. she waited in line for 30 min while the clerk shopped and helped a customer. my relative asked how much longer she was to wait to check out and the clerk told her she needed patience. my relative is 87 years old. could you not have checked her out first before helping the other customer?? to top it all off after she checked her out she told her next time have patience and then began mocking her as she left. what is wrong with this scenario??? my relative does not know how to use self checkout so that's not the answer. mocking an 87 year old woman is shameful. hope you had a good laugh.

My husband placed an order online today for pick up between 5 and 6. Unfortunately, the store was closed at 2, 3, and 5 pm, 3 days total this week. It was physically impossible for us to pick up our order. I counted at least 20 people in about 5 minutes pulling in and out of the parking lot, then turning around since you guys were closed. Why bother having posted hours if you're not going to adhere to it? I live down the street and this is the closest shopping for everyone in the area unless you go to Montrose. You guys are really shooting yourself in the foot.
