“Everyone here is very kind and encouraging. You can tell the staff members genuinely care about your dog and their progress. So far, I’ve participated in the puppy class and am currently in the beginners class. Both classes have had wide varieties of breeds and owners & I’ve seen improvements with all dogs participating in the classes. Even if you know the basics of dog training, the structure of the class schedules and training materials that are provided have been extremely helpful and we’ve learned even more than I expected. If you follow the instructions, you’ll have a well-behaved dog. The classes are a solid combination of instructional time, training demonstrations, and time to practice the commands with your dog. There is also time for Q&A and they’ll provide hands on assistance and demonstrations for any specific issues you may be having. The puppy class included all types of information, such as basic commands training, potty/crate training, first aid, safety tips, grooming, and overall basic manners. The beginners class has continued to build on my dog’s leash, command, and impulse control skills. It’s a fun time to bond with your dog. My dog looks forward to going inside as soon as he realizes we’re in the parking lot. The facility is clean, spacious, and there’s a fenced in outdoor potty area in the back for any as-needed breaks. Definitely recommend them to everyone!”

“Great place for your pets! They have a self washing station for your doggos! It is a great deal. They provide the towels, soaps and everything you need. I also heard they do a great job with nail clippings. Our dog is very fussy with nail trimming so we have not tried this out yet. Food can be a little pricier than other places but still a good place to get stuff.”

“I ONLY get Gemma’s tags from The Pet Loft I have a couple of sets and they hold up quite well.Gemma gets the best of everything and like they say you can buy a cheaper tag, but you can’t buy a better one.I also purchased a double thick pink dog collar with attached tag. It’s also the best caller I’ve ever bought. It’s been wet muggy and it’s only purpose is to be used in extreme situations. To look at it you’d never know it’s been used.”

“This store is not one of the ones I usually shop at. A bit far away. But, I wish they were closer. The signage was a bit confusing. Looking for Redford cat food and saw a sign that said Redford Naturals. It was the dogfood aisle. Nothing on the sign overhead indicated dog-anything. A few big signs stating general zones would be nice.But..The staff, ALL, greeted me, asked if I was finding what l needed and promptly located things for me. Even the young man putting stock up greeted me and went to move items out of my way and dbl checked when I told him it was ok where things sat. "You sure?" The cashier was friendly as well. I left the store in a better mood. Keep up the good work.”

“Ahh I love it here! I took my baby to get groomed and a basic groom is $28 which is such a great price. The groomers are so kind as well. Actually everyone that works there is nice. I think that's what working around animals all day does to ya.Well Stella (my pup) was a good little girl during her grooming so I'm happy about that. She definitely smelled a lot better. They have several packages if you want more than a basic groom. I definitely recommend it! I forgot to take photos of the inside, but it's just a standard pets art set up. So here's a photo set of Stella and I heading to her appt.”
