Chris and his team were tremendous, from the pre-wiring stage to the final TV/Audio installation. Everything works flawlessly and the systems will coordinate with in- house remotes or apps on your cellphone. Would recommend Sundance for all of your security and audio needs!!!

Chris new exactly what TV was needed for my new outdoor patio, gave me choices and we are very satisfied with our new TV and the quality of the sound and picture. Chris from Sundance found a creative networking solution that perfectly suited our wifi network upgrade needs. His quote was higher than another company, but his solution for our needs was the most fitting (using the CAT5 phone wires already in our walls rather than laggy wireless relays, like the other company's proposal, which seemed like a novice oversight in retrospect). The installation team finished so efficiently that Chris gave us a substantial discount off our quoted price. I'm very satisfied with the results--we finally have solid wifi access everywhere with an efficient ethernet backbone, and a nice (Amazon) app to control it, too. The installer team led by Ian, were on time and did top-notch work. When they took the old network down to turn on the new one, I didn't even notice an interruption!! They were creative problem solvers on site and responded to our special needs and feedback as well. (They explained how to avoid Amazon Sidewalk at my request.) They even accommodated our children who showed them their favorite videos online. :o) Great team. Great experience. Great value. I would definitely do business with them again.

Chris and his professional team were terrific from start to finish from consulting in the very beginning to planning all of the steps during my home build, final installation and finally teaching us how to use the system and all of the components. The entire crew have been terrific, very knowledgeable and very friendly. Chris and his team are very knowledgeable and great to work with . Very professional and patient when running through the specifics of the devices we purchased and had installed. They were quick to respond to calls and emails before, during and after our project. They also were flexible and willing to coordinate their services with our contractor during our remodeling project. Would definitely recommend.

The speakers they chose were nice and fit within my budget. However, they only completed about 80% of the job so I had to complete the wiring and setup myself. Mounted the TV incorrectly so I had to fix it. Not overly impressed.

Chris and his team are great. I love the Alarm.com interface, and also appreciate Sundance upgrading my cameras to the Luma interface for really great resolution. My fire alarm went off this weekend due to low batteries in the smokes, (unknown to me) and Chris had his team at my house first this Monday AM to resolve. Customer service has been so good that I had Chris and his team take over alarm service at my company too. No more ADT and Tyco!
