Just purchased 3 frags from Tidal Gardens today. They are by far the largest and healthiest frags I have ever received. Super fast and friendly customer service. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for high quality frags. The YouTube channel is also great, gives you a look inside the facility as well as provides a lot of knowledge.

First time ordering. All the coral arrived packed perfectly. Came in even a a good water temp. in the middle of summer in Fl. Corals appear the closest to the photos I've ever seen from an online vendor. My go to store moving forward

I love getting corals here. They always interesting corals and I've never had any issues with them arriving alive and healthy. I've even ordered inverts from them.

This was my first-time buying corals online. we have a local shop withing an hour away that just recently closed so I figured I'd give this place a try. first off, I only purchased 4 corals and they were probably one of the cheapest ones available. the entire process afterward was absolutely fantastic. I was notified many times about the entire process of shipping and when and what time they would roughly arrive, giving me a chance to slip away from work and get them unpacked. the packaging was spot on, and honestly this is one of 3 reasons I will order more corals and more expensive ones as well. for only spending under $200 I felt like they treated my order above and beyond. I really enjoyed the flyer they included as a care/acclamation guide, was a very nice touch. coming with someone who has OCD it was like Christmas receiving my Ordering and unboxing it all. Now the corals themselves, after opening and acclimating it seems that they are very healthy, and the colors are better than I thought they would be, now it's up to me to make sure they are placed in the right spot. thanks to all your videos I am very confident in doing so.

Wow, so happy. I ordered 12, they gave me 13. Thank you so much for the extra one, I was ONLY expediting 12. This company is the BEST. they may not have many invertebrates. The blue leg hermit crabs came in ALIVE & moving. I plan on buying some frags that they carry next. They will also email you telling when they are shipping and when you should get it before shipping which is great.

Scheduling a visit and touring the facility was one of the most pleasant experiences Ive had. Thein was super informative and friendly, guiding me as to what corals he would and wouldn't recommend for my experience level. He never tried to pressure a sale, and its obvious he cares deeply for his animals. Beautiful, healthy corals.

Scam company. My corals came riddled with pests and have since died due to how many dips I had to do. I’ve sent 4 emails. 5 phone calls. No response. Filed a chargeback. Avoid at all costs!AEFW in the picture.

Call them on Black Friday expecting not to get an answer, but I did I ordered the 50 mystery frag pack. It came in very well shipped. Everything was alive. I did not get any duplicates and title gardens was awesome to work with the value of the corals was probably well over, double what I paid for the mystery frag pack ??

Tidal Gardens sets the Gold Standard. Their specimens are well represented with photographs under various light spectrums and videos with care instructions on their website.Carefully packaged orders arrive with gorgeous, vibrant, healthy coral and if there’s a problem, they stand behind their excellent DOA policy.They contribute to the reefing community with high quality, professional, educational videos with instructions on how to care for, light, and feed every type of coral they sell. Videos of their aquaculture facility and interviews with other industry specialists are impressive and informative.Recently, I received an order that was mishandled during shipment and unfortunately their were a few losses. When I brought it to their attention, they were incredibly kind and professional. The replacements they sent were healthy and had good polyp extension while still acclimating in the bag! They’ve honestly ruined a few other vendors for me by changing my expectations.Lastly, their coral isn’t the cheapest, but it is very reasonably priced and I have saved money ordering healthy specimens backed by their solid DOA policy. Also, it’s way more fun unboxing something that I’m excited to put in my tank instead of trying to imagine what my new coral will look like once I nurse it back to health.I don’t know the Tidal Gardens crew personally, but after placing multiple orders over the years I feel like I have a good idea of who they are. I’m grateful to them for helping me stock my mini-reefs and I appreciate all that they contribute to the reefing community.Thanks and I look forward to ordering again soon!

If you are looking for corals, this is the place to go. Luke was wonderful and took time to answer any questions. We came home with some amazing pieces, we wouldn't find at any LFS. Highly recommend.
