Unprofessional management of the pharmacy and disrespectful. The ongoing song and dance of being notified a script is ready for pickup only to find out it was never filled is great reason to waste your time and gas driving there. It doesn’t matter if you wait two extra days as it comes down to poor communication.

Drug Mart has refused to take accountability for COVID protective measures like masking. other companies have done this, despite the lack of leadership from politicians. They are putting their customers and staff at risk. Shame on them! This is beyond "individual choice," Delta is a public emergency.
