Soulless, heartless, flat out rude and mean. They don’t care that I suffer from PTSD. The manner in which I was talked to today I doubt they even care for themselves. No institution should operate so carelessly and recklessly. I’m trying, I’m trying real hard. If I snap, they were the ones that shoved me over the edge.
