Loving my new Samsung S25 Ultra and Watch Ultra. The phone was a huge upgrade from my current one. The watch is super sleek and awesome. But what really made the experience stand out was Adam! He was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me. If you’re looking for great products and outstanding customer service, definitely ask for Adam. Lexi took great care of me and my wife 🫶🏻 we both walked out with a new iPhone 16 & iPhone 15 and an Apple Watch. She did a great job explaining the deals and promotions they had going on. Best AT&T store to go to around here.

My experience started with Adam. In less than 5 minutes he fixed an issue I had been dealing with for over six months over the phone with Asurion.
After speaking with him I returned to the store a few days later to order an upgrade. Adam was leaving for lunch so Elizabeth took great care of me. She had everything ordered, all questions answered, and I was out of the door in anout 20 minutes!
Awesome experience!!!

Elizabeth and Adam helped me through issues with first net and continually walked me through the process even while the operator continually advised the number was lost. Both kept me informed and communicated everything with me while they solved all issues. Not only did they recover my number but actually got my account updated and back running. I recommend any AT&T user to use this branch and any others to think about switching and coming through the Cortland branch.

At and t store on elm rd was a good experience, I went in to get new phone rep . Laura was extremely helpful and knowledgeable which made things great for me. My only down side was trying to call the store and not being able to get ahold of rep.

One person working. She was helping an older couple and super nice, friendly, smiley with them. When she addressed me she was short, no smile, and came off as rude. I didn't have my ID. Went to my car hoping it was in the bag I had in there. Remembered I had a picture of it and came in to see if that could be used. Again she was super short and rude with her response. It seemed pretty obvious she had no interest in helping me like she did the other couple. My problem wasn't resolved. (Seems to be a reoccurring theme with AT&T in general). There are tons of ways to verify my account without an ID, so that's frustrating. However, regardless of that, the poor customer service is a no for me. I'll be going to Niles for my issue next time.

Took my sister there with problems with her phone. No help at all. It wasn't charging and they told her to take it somewhere else to try and get it fixed. She paid off the phone and went to Verizon
