Burnett Pools in Cortland is prompt and friendly service for pool owner. The staff is very great and knowledgeable. Walked through basics of pool maintenance and answer questions. Installation team is engaged and the experience is very good. Service is over and above, always make pool care easy. They open and close pool and takes care of chemical needs. Replaced heater, installed new liner, winter cover and diving board. They feel confident in any purchase and any future service. Highly recommended for prompt professional and super friendly.
