“This time got the interior clean, exterior wash and hand wax for our SRX. Car looks close to new. Very happy. Cost was $175 and I tipped 20%. That's the second car I've had done by them and even though they cost more than some local guys, they do a better job.”

“Using Ohio Pressure Wash has been one of the best customer service experiences i’ve had in a long time. Gabe responded to my calls, text and questions even on the weekend his baby was born. He came out and gave the quote and showed up on time on the day we booked our appointment. Our house sat vacant for a long time and was in bad shape. It turned out amazing. I was shocked how clean and white the garage, house and porches turned out. He and his team did an amazing job and took care with all of our concerns. Highly recommend them l! Thank you guys.”

“I've brought several friends to this business. To keep it going don't be so tight on money to keep this business going and my one friend wants to know why tire shine can't stay stocked up that it's part of what they pay for and that it won't hurt you to update the old brushes. To run a business and keep customers you have to take care of the business and customers NOT just your self!! Just some food for thought!! I know a lot of people who brag about the wash and your good workers and that they don't mind the prices at all. They just wish you would keep stocked up and upgrade on that poor building!! Take care of the Mega you'll have amazing business!! So please don't take it away so many like taking their cars there and love the service and friendliness they receive!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“The facilities are kept spotless which is not the case with most other car washes. I appreciate and love the Laser option for monthly subscription; I subscribed to the crazy $45 ultimate package, only because I have a new vehicle and like the protective coating it adds against the weather.
Otherwise, I love the exclusivity aspect.
The downside is that they lack vacuums. They should also be totally free with the subscription. If I have the ultimate subscription I should have the access to use the vacuums for free. That is their biggest weakness in my view. That is why I cannot give them five stars. That's greedy. A subscription is there for a reason which is convenience. It's not convenient when I'm being charged $45 a month -AND- they have the odacity to then charge for the least profitable part? Make it make sense. It looks even worse when you go to every other subscription-based car wash; they all have free vacuum cleaners , look at that. However they don't have brushless machines. It's a monopoly. Once a competitor comes in with brushless their prices will lower.”
“Easy to operate, convenient to get in and out of, 2 options soft brush wash and touch less. $5 bucks off the top was on Wednesdays, and they offer great priced monthly washes.”

“It's an easy place to get in and out of for simple cleaning out of your car vacuuming it or washing it as well I just wish you could use your credit card for the vacuum side”
“Employees are nice. They try to be understanding and accommodating to your needs and wants. On my window tint I am about 90% satisfied. It just needed to be extended downward about a 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch further than done. But I take some blame for the misunderstanding of my wishes on how far down the windshield. most likely because they never had some one wanting how I did. Otherwise they still do a nice job. I will let you know after Air bubbles go away. They say 4 days. I do plan on still adding the extra 1)2 inch extra. It needs it due to the bright on coming car lights. Thank you Yvonne Richards.”

“It has jumped a few spots up in my car washes today thanks to the owner(I think it was the owner) but I droped a dollar I was outback drying my car off and he brought it to me. You think it's just a dollar? Most people would of kept that little dollar. And in truth I wouldn't of missed it. And he probly didn't need it. But he just got a loyal customer just for that kind act. Thanks man much appreciated!”
“Change machine works . Though doesn't like the dollar bills folded in half I had to place against edge of change maker to flaten the crease . Then machine gives change with no problem.”

“Good car wash. Great location. Their niles location damaged my car. I reached out to the number they promote and got no response. As long as you don’t need assistance, it’s a good place.
Update: The vacuums were not activating with the app. I reached out and they were quick to help. I moved the rating from 3 to 4 stars.”
