Walgreens is a busy pharmacy, especially since the closing of Rite Aid, which has increased its customer traffic. Despite the challenges of being understaffed and occasional delays in medication shipments, the staff is generally kind and patient. Many customers appreciate the friendly and courteous service, noting good communication and quick wait times. However, some express frustration with the COVID-19 testing process, highlighting difficulties in appointment scheduling and a lack of helpfulness in retrieving results. Overall, while the pharmacy strives to meet customer needs, it faces some challenges that affect the experience.
I went to the Walgreens in Cortland to print photos of my dog from my phone. This was the first time I've used that service, and the gentleman at the counter, Angel, came to my rescue. What could have been 15 minutes of frustration turned into 5 minutes of excellent service. Gabby passed away on 21 June.

I use the pharmacy and make purchases throughout the store. There is a Chime ATM, so I'm able to deposit money at the registers. Employees are always very friendly and polite.
