If I could give a 0 star I would. I never had a problem with walmart or pick up but today was really bad. I ordered ny items literally at 130 pm this afternoon when I came back from lunch from my job, I got the time slot of 6-7. Got the notification at 530 that my stuff was ready. Wh I got here there wasn't a place to park. The whole pick up numbers were full... that should have been my sign but, someone pulled out and I pulled in. 60 minutes later, I still haven't gotten my things I have ordered. I can't believe it took thst long. Plus I had my 4 children with my and you know how kids get when there in the car to long.... just horrible.

Conveniences keep people going but the prices just keep rising and the quality of produce, goods and staff keeps dropping. I used to shop there regularly but now I struggle to just to walk through the doors. I don't even want to fight the endless amounts of rude people, online shopper carts and limited supplies at higher pricetags. And nobody seems to carry produce that can last more than a day or so without going bad. I likely sound like a squawking old bitty bit I'm just like everyone else who works hard to provide their family with quality food and reasonable self care and clothing. I feel like we're getting raked over the coals as consumers and Walmart, is a top contributor to that concept. Because it's NOT REALLY a Rollback if you jacked the price up higher and higher to darn near double the price and then you decide to shave $0.25 off one week.

Unlike any other Walmart I bought a swimsuit it was too small so I tried to return it for a larger size the customer service employee inform me that the department head was not exchanging any swimsuits I asked was that at Walmart policy she said no it was the department heads policy. So disappointed this was so unlike Walmart
