“O'Reilly's is my favorite store for auto parts I will install myself. On this visit I picked up windshield wipers and a pair of brake light bulbs. The store staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, & personable. They welcomed me to change the parts in their parking lot. The windshield wipers were easy, but when I tried to remove the rear lamp assembly (2016 Subaru Impreza) to change the brake bulb, I snapped the handle off the socket screwdriver I had brought with me. I went back in the store to see if I could borrow a socket drive & to my surprise they had a well stocked toolbox in the back & they let me borrow what I needed. The loaner tools were a complete, very pleasant surprise to me. I definitely recommend O'Reilly's.”

“I purchased a Transmission Control Module for a customer of mine from Hilltop. They sent it out the very next day. It made it to the UPS hub in Greensboro NC where it disappeared. UPS would not let me open a claim as the receiver of the package so I contacted these fine folks and they opened a claim from their end. Even though the package was lost by UPS and the fact that it was totally out of their control they refunded me the entire amount. Stand up folks! I would not hesitate to call on them again. Leaving this review was the least that I could do to help support a business that still runs itself ethically. May God bless your business.”

“Had to go in for a recall & told them I was having an issue with my headlights, so they said they could run a diagnostic test and they did. Was gonna cost me $89.99, or maybe it was $99.99 either way they didn't charge me cuz they didn't see anything wrong anywhere. I was really surprised and really appreciated he didn't charge me anyways or just made something up like I've had done to me before. I have to say this place was really the best auto dealership I've ever came across and will definitely be going back if need be and I will definitely be recommending this place to as many ppl I can. They provided a list of all parts used, what services were performed, did a thorough walk through on the day I picked the Jeep up on all the work they did, as well as recommendations for maintenance and care.
