They provided a list of all parts used, what services were performed, did a thorough walk through on the day I picked the Jeep up on all the work they did, as well as recommendations for maintenance and care. “Had to go in for a recall & told them I was having an issue with my headlights, so they said they could run a diagnostic test and they did. Was gonna cost me $89.99, or maybe it was $99.99 either way they didn't charge me cuz they didn't see anything wrong anywhere. I was really surprised and really appreciated he didn't charge me anyways or just made something up like I've had done to me before. I have to say this place was really the best auto dealership I've ever came across and will definitely be going back if need be and I will definitely be recommending this place to as many ppl I can. “10/10 recommend. I had inner and outer tie rods and an alignment done. Got me in two weeks earlier from original appointment due to a cancellation and them calling to see if I wanted that spot. My car drives like new again, it was pulling so bad and burning up tires. Parts came with warrantys and some road side assistance. The staff was so helpful and kind. Being a woman isn't always easy going to a car shop so I appreciate them making things so easy. Front desk lady deserves a pat on the back to 👏 thanks again Coshocton brake and supply!!”
