CVS Coshocton Ohio is the worst! Employees are rude and sarcastic to the clients needs. The pharmacist does his best but has no help. Clients can't get their medicines when needed and they tell you they'll "expedite " your prescription if you come inside but then you still sit there for an hour waiting. Guess the employees have no clue what expedite actually means. Don't go to CVS in Coshocton!!!

Update your hours or something I called at 2:30 to check on meds I have an upper respiratory infection and can't breath right now I have to wait till tomorrow to get my meds because you closed at 1:30 or earlier for all I know

I have waited in line at the drive threw for over 45 minutes to get a perscription. There was only 2 cars in front of me. This is ridiculous.

Longtime CVS Coshocton Ohio customer, first time an employee asked if I needed help finding a produce. Loren, he was so helpful and I really appreciated him! Good job CVS getting employees on the floor to help. Loren is a keeper, you can tell he likes and appreciates his job.

If you need medicine. Please transfer somewhere else. Horrible pharmacy hours, medicines never ready. And you never know when the store will be closed! Noone will even answer the phone at the pharmacy!!!!

Everything I read says a prescription that was written before a Dr passed away should be honered yet your company isn't honoring mine ! My family has used CVS for the last time ! I even spoke with another pharmacy that confirmed if I have refills it should be filled until out. Unfortunately they can't take it because it would be a new script in there system like it was written that day !

**I do not post reviews but I am terrified for anyone that is dependent on a medication for a serious illness. Please transfer your prescription elsewhere as this location closed over the weekend with no notice to customers with no opportunity to transfer prescriptions, even their corporate offices cannot access the store pharmacy systems to help.** On a typical visit this pharmacy will repeatedly give you a time frame for pickup and then fail to have it ready. I drive through at least twice EVERY time I have to pick up because they will give me a 40 minute wait and then will often ask for an additional 40 minutes when I come to pick it up a second time. Today I decided to call ahead and was told it would be 15 minutes. I gave them a half hour before attempting to pick up and was told they "just got the order" , which was NOT true, and it would be another 20 minutes. I let them know I could not wait and the pharmacist informed me that they actually did not have what they needed to fulfill the order. So I would have driven around town for another 20 minutes just to be told they didn't have the prescription in the first place! The pharmacist was incredibly rude. When I told him I had called ahead and should have been informed it was unavailable he chastised me for expecting the techs to have that information. I would have been happy to talk to the pharmacist if he ever answered the phone! I only switched to this pharmacy because of a discount through my insurance but I will gladly pay double or more to never deal with this pharmacy again.
