Multiple issues with this pharmacy. Came from the hospital hours later to pickup something for my son. The hospital sent it over. They actually told me that they got it but they were not sure they were supposed to fill it. What? You get a Rx from a hospital and you just don't do it? There are multiple ways to verify if it was something unusual. Antibiotics for an ear infection for a 4yr old aren't suspicious. Then recently they told me they didn't have enough for a 3 month supply for a Rx for my daughter. So they just didn't fill it at all. Didn't call me or anything. Just waited until I showed up and gave me the run around and said they were out of stock and only were able to fill for 1 month. So here we are a month later. Still no notification it is ready. I go in and explain we should have gotten a 3 month and we only got a 1 month fill. My daughter was out as of today. The tech pulls it up on the computer and tells me that they weren't out of stock but that we didn't have 3 months of refills and that the doctor declined the refill. Again.. no call or text saying there was a problem... . Just nothing at all. If you rely on these people for anything you should probably take your business elsewhere... your health could depend on it because they won't tell you when there is a problem.

The worst customer service ever! Wrong prescriptions dosage, do not answer phones in the pharmacy as they want you to come in, then make you wait in multiple lines and still give the wrong script. Never anyone at the front counter and the store manager has no clue what he is doing. Moved all prescriptions to Walmart

Prescription was called in around 3:30 pm and at 7:20 pm it still wasn't ready. How long does it take to put pills in a bottle?
