Called for service for a 538.00 order of propane.Was threatened by the operator to cap our tank if it was empty. Um...when you need supply you call supplier....so waste time capping an empty tank because it's a threat after being paid to fill?Some business plan....waste time capping instead of servicing what's been paid for. I'll try and find a more customer friendly company that enjoys having our business for future needs

Called this morning for a delivery ( a few days before Christmas) and they came out within an hour since they knew my driveway would get bad with the weather coming. Not only is this company great but Rich on truck 65 went above and beyond.

After a very fast and efficient tank fill up, my wife smelled what she thought was the leak detection from the propane inside the house and they responded immediately and checked our line to make sure my family was safe. Excellent service, friendly, and extremely fast!

Every utility offers a payment plan. AEP knows that certain months of the year require more electricity so they average it throughout the year and you pay monthly. Frontier tells you to go bed for handouts. Seriously. That's a quote. Avoid this company!

We've been buying propane from them for 13 years, and never any problems. Tank refills are prompt, prices are good, and the service is terrific.
