these guys were all so helpful after my friend and I ended up stranded there for busting our brake lines, they made us feel welcome and one even went out of his way to really try to help us they are knowledgeable, thorough and kind

Walked in a stood at the counter for 5 minutes or so while a lady behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me. No other customers in the store and don’t see anyone else at all working. Very poor customer service. She could have at least acknowledged me and said that someone would be with me.

O'Reilly's is my favorite store for auto parts I will install myself. On this visit I picked up windshield wipers and a pair of brake light bulbs. The store staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, & personable. They welcomed me to change the parts in their parking lot. The windshield wipers were easy, but when I tried to remove the rear lamp assembly (2016 Subaru Impreza) to change the brake bulb, I snapped the handle off the socket screwdriver I had brought with me. I went back in the store to see if I could borrow a socket drive & to my surprise they had a well stocked toolbox in the back & they let me borrow what I needed. The loaner tools were a complete, very pleasant surprise to me. I definitely recommend O'Reilly's.

They were very nice and helpful, and there battery charger only took a half an hour! The same battery in that shape would have taken nearly 4-6 hours to charge elsewhere. Also added a nice little touch of red and black plastic terminal caps... Just in case I wasn't attentive enough to hook it back up right.. lol

Always have what you need and if not, they'll have it in under 72 hours. Good service. Good advice. Clean lot and store. Service animal friendly.

Love this place. Staff are great to talk to and super helpful. If they can't get the part they can direct ya where to go. Very comfortable environment and staff utilized well.
