the girls that run the store are always super friendly! today i dropped a package to be returned and they informed me i needed to package for my return or amazon might not return, i had no idea and definitely wanted my return!! SUPER HELPFUL.

I can't say enough good things about this location and everyone who works there, especially Heather. I recently was shipping several boxes of my Mother's items after her death, and they took such great care packing everything up. Heather was also especially helpful in working out a small shipping mix up. One of the times I was in the store I also noticed how helpful and patient they were with customers who needed technology or printing assistance. An overall great experience, thank you Heather!

Call my local store in Coshocton Ohio because the ad said they did printing so I went there to get some pictures printed and the girl said we only print certain sizes I said well they’re my photos down I get to choose my size she said no I said, apparently you don’t care what size your photos are but I do care about these. Maybe I’m in the wrong place, truthfully I was not in the right wrong place but since it was her way or the highway I decided to shop elsewhere. Thanks for nothing UPS.

Went to UPS store to print out a water bill to renew my driver's license. Young people in there were so helpful and persistent. Kept trying till we got it printed. Thanks!

UPS BROKE MY ITEM!!! Even though there is a “liability for any loss or damage up to $100 for each package” according to UPS.com but apparently not in Coshocton!!!

I was just in the store. made a special trip to mail a gift. the clerk talked me out of it, but stated she would box it up for me. I would pay for supplies. she asked me to do some shopping and then come back and pick up. I shopped, returned, and she never started on it. she said she had no time, as she is training someone. What? poor service.
