I want to give a shoutout to Walgreens. My husband had been a long time Rite Aid customer for his meds. Yes he was transferred to Walgreens. The other night he needed to go in to get his prescription, show insurance card, etc etc etc. The med he is on there is no generic and even with insurance is quite costly. Well I found a coupon online that the med cost 10 a month and the coupon is good for 2 years. Well Rite Aid did not transfer that over. When hubby showed them what he paid at Rite Aid, the pharmacist called the company and got all of the info needed to give my hubby the same coupon. Before he left the pharmacy, a dad walked in with a bottle of medicine and asked if they could help him because CVS said they could not and that his baby really needed this medicine. It was almost 8pm and the pharmacist said sure give me just a second. This is great how Walgreens did on this night. I don't know if it is all of the time they do this or if this was a fluke. But a huge KUDOS to Walgreens on this night.

I had a prescription called in on a Wednesday. Was told via text they were out of the medication. I went on Friday to inquire when it would be available and was told they forgot to order it but would be available Monday. Tuesday when I returned they still had not filled it and then advised me it would be $199 out of pocket. My precious pharmacy at Kroger was $66 dollars out of pocket for same script. I won’t be back to Walgreens aver again!

ATTENTION JUNKIES AND ADDICTS. Don't come here to think you'll get by with the slightest of any shady nonsense. They already treat almost anyone on a controlled drug like automatic addicts which isn't right but they see real addicts in there acting like they're dying right there in line wait v on your s riots being filled. It's nonsense the people who aren't ask v's have to always be treated a little different but you can't blame them with 1. The people they gotta deal with all the time. 2. Strict laws tgey MUST follow or they can lose their licsense. Pharmacist are much like doctors in a sense and can refuse your even fill your prescriptions. And there is NOT a thing your doctor can do about it because they're not over pharmacist and they do not work for doctors. If you come here with a script monthly and they get use to you, they tend to become more less judgmental acting. It's embarrassing and I get why they have to be that way but I've seen it go a little too far and that was why they got a 4. They'd gotten a 5 if they treated everyone with the same dignity.
