Absolutely abysmal service and communication. I have been waiting almost two weeks on prescriptions, called multiple times and either put on hold forever for the pharmacy to try to find out what is going on and got hung up on multiple times only to find out they still didn't have it. The workers I spoke with were pleasant but apparently there is incompetence and poor planning on the management level to staff appropriately and communicate with customers properly.

Used to be the best pharmacy in town. Now it's gone downhill. No longer efficient or knowledgeable the good employees are gone but 1. So beware you will need to plan 30 or more minutes to get any prescriptions. It's not quick anymore.

We have been coming to this location a few years , been with Walgreens itself for decades. On 1/17/23 between 430 and 5 pm my husband had me see which of his prescriptions needed the new pre Auth done for the new year. I was in town for an appointment so stopped on my way home. Since the line outside was long I came in. I have never been spoken down to and treated with such disrespect as yesterday! I haven't seen the tech before young wore a bright blue smock. She only told me one was denied by the doctor telling me he didn't receive a phone call on the automated which we have the voice-mail she can't see his profile only what's ready so can't tell me anything about it and told me to go use the app to see his profile. I'm sorry younger gen but at my age there isn't always "an app for that." It's just easier for the pharmacist or tech to help out in a situation like this. The condescension in her voice pissed me off, i hope she's not on duty next time we go in. Thanks for nothing. Kinda hard to call the right doctors when we are not sure which ones need the new prior auths

I shop here all the time. I usually get small items but sometimes they have good sales. I use the pharmacy here. I love their pharmacy. They help me with all my meds. The staff is always friendly. If I have questions or their is a mix up they help to figure everything out.

Ben was rude to me, always has some sort of attitude. Get such negative vibes when around that guy, so just beware people. Also see him peeping at younger woman's butts (Not 18) when I caught him he hid.

I had a prescription called in on a Wednesday. Was told via text they were out of the medication. I went on Friday to inquire when it would be available and was told they forgot to order it but would be available Monday. Tuesday when I returned they still had not filled it and then advised me it would be $199 out of pocket. My precious pharmacy at Kroger was $66 dollars out of pocket for same script. I won’t be back to Walgreens aver again!

Always have had a good experience when I go to pick up medication! Always greeted with a smile(when working) by Sandy and Bryer the pharmacist always is helpful when I have a question or concern! Everyone is always nice and helpful but those 2 usually have been working when I go thru or in to pick up medication!

I’ve usually never had a problem here but I just had the worst experience with the pharmacy. One woman held up the pick up line for well over 10 minutes having every drug explained to her and asking for different medicines. Shouldn’t there be a policy that prevents such a line hold up? One woman pulled out and left and 4 more cars were behind us waiting. They should have told the woman in front of us to go inside for further assistance. Ridiculous that someone is allowed to hold up a line for 10 minutes.

Walgreens pharmacy team is the best!! They go above and beyond and genuinely care about their customers. The pharmacist spent extra time helping me find the best way to help my dad with a health concern.
