Stood in line to return shampoo at customer service for about 20 minutes. When it was finally my turn, I said hello to Tammy who said nothing back. She told me to leave the shampoo and go get another one and come back. Three minutes later I returned with a new one and was told to get back in line, which was now twice as long as the first one. Asked to see the manager but she was the one standing up there with Tammy. Told them I was calling corporate and would be back in a half hour to pick up my shampoo.One hour to exchange shampoo. Never going back. This is not the first s*** service I've had here, but it will be the last.
