I purchased my first used car back in August 2024. Insured under my mom’s name, so I can work towards getting my license. (I finally got it on March 2025) I would drive around and it’s still in great condition. I remember the process at the dealership filling out paperwork was very efficient and fast and the car was ready for me the same day. I recommend coming here to purchase a vehicle.

i bought a car in great condition from them, a month later the car started making weird clunking noises in the engine bay. we called them and explained the situation and they drove two and a half hours to bring me a loaner car and drive my car back to their shop and fix the issue for no charge. 10/10 would recommend buying from this place, they have the best customer service my family and i have ever experienced.

They had a NICE CLEAN Ford F150, which is what made us stop! My son has been looking for his first vehicle to purchase for over 5 months. This truck was it! Super clean on the outside and inside as well! They even lowered the price down to my sons budget and had him out the door with his fist Vehicle! Super friendly staff, an very easy to work with! Highly recommend!

I traveled to this auto repair shop in Ohio to look at, test drive, and hopefully purchase a 2012 Buick Regal GS. I noticed this beautiful car a week before I drove out there. I contacted them and spoke with Dustin. He told me that the car was available and made plans to come see it. I live 2 hrs away, and since I had to wait to travel there, I reached out to Dustin 3 times to check if the car was still available. Yesterday, I drove out there with my husband and my mother-in-law. Once we arrived, I met Paul since Dustin must not have been available at the time. My husband and I went for a test drive...AMAZING! We drove back and wanted to talk about purchase. We were told... The owner really doesn't want a Kia. We do not really sell that type of car here. Then we were told...Well I could give you $ 6,000... My car is worth more than that even with one cosmetic flaw in the front, and my windshield got cracked by a rock....Out of line of sight. We were also told that financing is not available in-house to one's out of state. We were both left shaking our heads, and I was disappointed. So many things could have been told before I made this trip...1. No in-house financing to one's out of state. 2. After I sent a very detailed email to Dustin about the car I was trading in....A 2016 Kia Optima...I could have been told then...We are not interested in that type of car. I made them fully aware of the windshield and also a hole made by a tow-hitch in the front. Also, everything that had been replaced new on this car with all recalls fixed... (Documentation in hand) After reading so many positive reviews, I chose to come to this establishment. My experience was different, but at least Paul was respectful and nice to talk with.
