Not one bit happy. Had told them on the phone what the throttle cable wasn’t working. I also told them self propelled wasn’t working and to give it a tune up. Cost me $100. And they didn’t even fix the original problem. They are pretty snobby there also. I spoke to two different people and they were both a bit contrite. I just have a push mower not big ol John deer so they prob didn’t want to mess with it in the first place. And still need it fixed!! Never again! They didn’t even offer to fix the original problem. They said I didn’t tell them but the cable was taped and zip tied.

Awesome staff. They are courteous and professional. They knew the ins and outs of the mower I bought. Delivery was smooth and Doug taught me how to use my new mower when it was delivered. I would strongly recommend this business to anyone with large property mowing needs.
