They were a wonderful, valuable resource during my husband's battle with pulmonary fibrosis. Thry made the journey much easier for us from 2018-2020. ❤️

I been with them a long time. Yes they are right they require a note from doctor and they don't turn anybody away not unless they if do not have it.

It was confusing as where to go to leave my items. In the office, I felt like an intrusion. It was uncomfortable. I think the idea of helping others is wonderful but the workers should make anyone feel welcome!

After my daughter was in an accident she needed a plus size wheelchair and a bedside commode. We were able to borrow each one from GIVE. It was a huge blessing to be able to get this equipment right after she was released from rehab.

Don’t get me wrong. This I am sure is a great place for those in need of medical equipment…but unfortunately not for me. I was there today after a couple of people told me I could get what I needed. So I went to hopefully get a walker and some type of seat for the commode. I talked to a senior lady who said policy demanded a doctors note as the walker I described was a “special” type. It had a seat to hold things and brakes. She also described the type of toilet thingie as a bedside commode. So I left to go to the Goodwill. I found out all of their medical equipment goes to Dayton for residents there. Then the two ladies there suggested Give. One of them got a simple walker and bedside commode without a doctors note. I was not offered a simple walker or commode. Guess I didn’t qualify like everyone else. Hmmm. Now off to the doctors office to request a prescription but not to Give. I’ll go to the pharmacy where I know they’ll help me. I didn’t NEED a fancy walker. Any would have worked for me. Thank you for all the others you have helped. You stressed me out so bad I was literally in tears leaving your office.

Rude unhelpful worker I need a shower chair have severe spine problems tried to call several times always busy or told not open on answering machines. I will not go back there. Told me I had to call and make appt so they could fill out paperwork?? Ok. How much or hard can that be? Wasted trip and I thanked her for her time and she just walked off like I annoyed her and wasted her time.
