“We had a great experience with Dunkin Jewelers. I was looking for a ring guard/enhancer. I was able to find a couple things that I liked. The first thing I purchased didn’t end up working out as there was issues with the diamonds falling out as it was being resized. They called me and insisted that we find something else as they wanted me to have something that was good quality and they didn’t feel the original ring met their expectations. They were able to find me another set of rings that were just perfect and honestly nicer/more expensive. They didn’t charge me for the difference in price. Their only concern was that I was happy and had something that was high quality. Their customer service is exceptional. I cannot recommend them enough!”

“I received a watch for Fathers Day which was not purchased at Ashcroft & Oak . I went to the store in Mansfield Ohio and was immediately greeted by sales associate Dustee Miller. I explained the situation and that I need some links removed from the band so it would fit better...she said no problem took the watch I went to lunch when I returned it was done and done correctly with no charge. Great customer service great attitude! We purchased a very expensive ring for my wife as a 10 year wedding ring upgrade several years ago which was another great experience with the Mansfield location. Will always go to Ashcroft & Oak in Mansfield when need any jewelry !!”
