I was attending a meeting in Creston and came out to find a tire was completely flat. I made it to Ray's with some help, and they were very welcoming. They took the van in immediately, found the leak, found a second leak, and went above and beyond to ensure they were fixed and I was able to be on my way. Their pricing was very reasonable and their staff is very kind. I highly recommend this garage.Service: Tires

I took my car to rays as it was not starting they had it two days before I get a call saying that it was fixed and it would be almost 600. They didn't call before they fixed it they just took it upon them selves to make the decision for me when it came to fixing my car. When I asked if they typically fix people's cars with out talking to them first I get told "not usually but you would have paid the same amount having it towed out of here and fixed." definitely won't be going back.

We were on our way back to New York and our vehicle broke down. We were lucky enough to find this garage. Helen answered the phone and helped us right away knowing we are hundreds of miles away from home. She started to order some of the parts needed to fix our vehicle before we arrived with the tow truck. The owner Ray figured out what was wrong with the vehicle in 10 min and got to work. They had our vehicle fixed in no time and had us on our way. Knowing our situation they could have overcharged us easily and we would have paid it. But they certainly didn’t do that. They gave us a very reasonable price and treated us very well. My wife and I can’t thank them enough for there hard work. Thank you so much. If you live in the area you need to have them as your mechanic.

They do good, professional work. There has been an lack of communication one of the times working with them so call them frequently and be very clear.
