I must say, my experience at Troxell was absolutely fantastic and one of the best car-buying experinces I’ve ever had. After my old car was totaled, I was on the hunt for a new one. I visited several dealerships, but none were willing to negotiate on price, even for the basic models. One day after work, I decided to check out Troxell to test drive a car that fit my budget. Unfortunately, it had sold that morning. However, as I wandered around the lot, I stumbled upon a car that was exactly within my price range and boasted all the features the basic models were missing. I thoroughly inspected the car, both inside and out, and even underneath, and it was spotless. Troxell is known for selling clean, reliable vehicles, and they certainly lived up to that reputation. After a smooth test drive, the owners graciously stayed after hours to help me make my decision, and they were incredibly patient and non-pushy. The buying process was as seamless as the test drive. Even after I took the car home, I noticed a minor issue, and they were more than willing to fix it. It was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. I will definitely return to Troxell when it’s time to buy another vehicle.

This past spring, we began searching for a quality used car, and multiple friends and family members recommended Troxell Auto Sales. After exploring several other options, we stopped by Troxell’s just before closing. Don took the time to listen to our needs, answer questions, and let us test drive multiple vehicles—never rushing or pressuring us. His honesty and professionalism stood out, and it quickly became clear this was the place we wanted to buy from. We returned the next day to purchase our car. The entire experience was excellent. My daughter’s first experience of buying her own car! While looking for her, we bought one for me, too. This place is top notch. They went above and beyond to make our experience stress free. I usually hate car shopping, but this was more like chatting with old friends. No pressure, but lots of customer service when we wanted it. Highly recommend!

My experience with Troxell has been an immense blessing. They are honest and go above and beyond with their customers. I heard of them by word of mouth and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They demonstrated a unique care for customers by filling up the gas tank when I picked up my car this morning, allowed me to test drive it with no charge prior to purchasing, and also is repairing the hub cap. If you need a reliable used cars, please go there!

What a wonderful honest company and staff!!!
I came to this place about a year ago in a pinch looking for a car and they had one in my budget the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me threw the whole process and just was so honest and helpful. I will be back for another purchase when I am ready but HIGHLY recommend checking this place out.
