This place is amazing!! It is like stepping back in time. The customer service is beyond exceptional!!! I actually had an associate walk me around the store helping me find what I was looking for and carrying on a conversation the whole time. I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but she was great!! So far, everyone I have encountered there is great!! Thank you for caring about your customers in a time when a lot of places do not!! Greatly appreciated!!! You have a forever customer!!!☺️

i am extremely grateful for everyone who works at the ace hardware in creston, ohio. without any doubt!!! they are truly the most helpful, knowledgeable and kindest crew i've dealt with in any hardware store I've shopped at. without any hesitation, i would recommend this business to anyone and everyone! to me they go above and beyond with their awesome customer service and treating the customer with such kindness and effort, to make shopping there a really positive experience. keep up the amazing job and always know how much my wife and i appreciate your store!!! thanks again. :)
