I’m usually not one to complain nor do I recall ever leaving a poor online review anywhere, however I’m fed up with lack of effort from Crooksville’s carriers. It never fails that every time I receive mail, my box is left wide open. If it was junk mail it wouldn't be an issue but most, if not all of my mail is important invitations from family and friends, documents from my job, bank, insurance, doctor, etc. all with info of what is inside blatantly on the envelope, so its obvious it’s important. As well as packages that contain things I've spent money on. There have been multiple invitations to weddings and baby showers, for example, that I either never received or was possibly lost due to my box being left open by a carrier. I’ve even accidentally missed an event because of this. I’ve had my car insurance cards ruined because the box was left open in the rain. Most recently I had a replacement for my debit card and a package full of items I bought with my box left wide open, again, for anyone to see and possibly take, get rained on, or blown away by the wind. It’s a federal offense to intentionally tamper with someone’s mail but unfortunately it’s not when a carrier is just careless. Do better Crooksville post office.

Very friendly service just wish they could keep the United States Flag flying at the proper mast. It went to half mast for one day September 11. Hasn't changed at this location as of the 25th September. This is not the first occurrence. Very unreasonable.

My sister in law has been living at an address in this town for over 10 years. When we send mail to her home it gets sent back stating, "no such number, return to sender". I spoke with the PO Supervisor and she states that there is no such number. If they are indeed correct then why does her mortgage have the address on it and all of her other mail gets delivered to her? Who do I need to contact to get this matter rectified?
