The prices are fair and they'll call you when they know exactly what you'll be spending so there's no surprises when you go to pay for and pickup your car. They explain everything extremely thoroughly and will talk you thru everything that needs done (and they'll also let you know if you can afford to wait on an issue or if it's really something that needs addressed) before just going and doing the work. They also follow up in the days after they've serviced your car to make sure everything is running okay for you, which is so appreciated! I'm beyond grateful I found them!”

Just needed a quick inspection of my suv. Crap ton of snow on the ground and I couldn't fit. 30 miles from destination and heard clunk.

“My daughter is a student at BGSU and was in the area for a school assignment when her car overheated and she was not able to drive her car. I looked up an auto shop closest to her, and found Walbridge Automotive. Brian was able to get her in quickly and had a tow truck sent to get the car as well! They fixed everything in just a few hours at a very reasonable price, and she made it back to school in time for her exam :) As a very anxious mother, being 2 1/2hrs away in Cincinnati, Walbridge Automotive took care of my daughter and I am so very grateful! “This review is long overdue. I dropped off my car to have the brakes checked. Long story long I wasn't available when ramon called, and my husband approved a new brake booster forgetting that we had just had it replaced at AAA six months ago. I got off work and found out that we had spent the money to replace a part that was under warranty. I'll let Buckeye know that I was upset and why. So they worked very hard to get together with AAA and got the supplier to approve the part AND labor and they refunded my money. It couldn't have been better timed for us financially to have this grace. It wasn't a mistake on their part, it was a mistake on ours, but they worked really hard to help us out. Above and beyond. 5 stars!!”

“I meet Larry afew years ago threw auto zone. I never would use any other person. He truly is a great person. He always is fair price never ever trys to over charge you. “Having mechanical issues is never fun. Having them in the middle of a 700 mile drive is a nightmare. Fortunately, I was near Wallace Auto and Truck Repair and put myself in their skillfull hands. Aaron met me at 8pm at the shop, calmed me down and talked me through what he could do. He managed getting the necessary parts efficiently and worked into the night to get me back on the road in a few hours.
I'm jealous of the drivers who live in Stony Ridge, OH, that they have access to such a talented and knowledgeable mechanic all the time! I encourage every one of them to go to Wallace for their car repair needs.”

“Called TMZ and spoke to Eric and explained what was up with my son's car. I went based off the Google reviews to decide if it was worth calling. I am ecstatic I did. Eric is a no bs, fix it right the first time, but not waste time loading the shotgun throwing parts at it to fix thing mechanic. Trust in one's word is important, and I was very comfortable with deciding to let TMZ do the work I just didn't want to do myself, let alone do I have a facility to do it in anymore.... Coming from another Tech, I now trust Eric to do the job right. I will not just be back myself, but also be happy to steer more work his way.
The car had a bad steering rack and misfire (turned out to be a bad injector). I called several candidate shops to scope out what they thought about taking on the job, knowing the rack was going to be a time consuming task. Eric didn't just take my word for what was likely the problem, he ensured the root cause by taking the time to troubleshoot the issues, unlike most shops now that just bolt crap on the car until it's fixed. This save us time, and me money getting it fixed. Like I said, no bs and fixed it right. Other shops were making the cost to fix the car beyond economical repair. I'd had likely just parked the car until I could made the garage space to fix it myself, as every shop I called had given me unrealistic quotes, sight unseen. Eric is the mechanic's mechanic.

“These guys are the best! Took my car there some time ago! I had some noises up front! Tireman,just put all new suspension parts up front! The guy at Tom's test drove it, came back, tightened the bolts on the struts,that tireman, just installed! Noises gone! They never charged me! I told Tom, If I ever needed anything done I'd give them the work!Fast forward. New parts only have 20000 miles on them and they're shot. So, I call around and couldn't believe the prices! Belle tire wanted 988.00, that's with parts and alighnment! Tireman, which I'll never go to again, wanted 150.00 per side plus parts and alighnment!So,I bought the parts and was going to do it myself,then I remembered Tom's! At this point I just want it done so, I decided if he could do It I'd give him the job! They got me in, after taking me home, I'd say about 9:30! 11:45 they call, it's done! ?So, They came and picked me up and took me back to the shop! At this point I'm willing to pay whatever! I go in and ask Tom, how much, he said, a buck twenty! I told him,he must have made a mistake, that's to cheap! I was so happy,a tried to give him more money and he refused! Just don't find people like them anymore!”
“Just want to give a shout out to Jason and the folks at Benny’s garage for getting me out of a jam! I was stranded with my F-250 and my 27ft travel trailer at Maumee Bay State Park and needed to get home to Michigan. Jason took my call, understood my transmission issue right away and got me up and running so I could safely get home. He even helped my fellow campers out with an issue on their trailer! “Was referred to AJ Towing by Steve's Auto Care which is a few miles away from AJ Towing and Auto Repair, as AJ Towing had the diagnostic tools to test my electric and cylinder systems. Steve's Auto Care did look at my car for about a half an hour- for free, but didn't have the right equipment to test the various systems thus Steve's referred me to AJ Towing. AJ Towing replaced my coil pack with a used one which I requested for just $30. Labor $50. They first called me to let me know what the problem was and if I wanted to come by to pick up my van to replace the coil myself, but I gave them the go ahead. At least from my experience they seemed genuinely honest and nice people. The shop is under a road, by railroad tracks surrounded by a lot of junked out cars and a fence, but don't let first impressions fool you.”
